Memorial Building Rental

The Portales Memorial Building rental facility can accommodate a variety of events such as banquets, celebrations, festivals, meetings, trade shows, etc.

To rent the facility, there are a few requirements due to being a city building:

• Deposit and Rental Fee (In order to reserve the facility)
• Contract\Initial Agreement
• Security (if necessary)

Rental is based on a first come first serve bases six months in advance only.
